Connect any email provider using SMTP credentials for maximum compatibility
Follow these steps to connect via SMTP - watch the video above and click each step for details
Click the button and select SMTP
From the warming dashboard, click the "Add Email Account" button and select "SMTP/IMAP" as your connection method.
Tip: If your provider supports OAuth (Gmail, Microsoft 365), that's usually easier. Use SMTP when OAuth isn't available.
Click a provider to see their SMTP/IMAP settings

Usually means incorrect username/password. If using Gmail/Microsoft with 2FA, make sure you're using an App Password, not your regular password.
Check your firewall settings. Ports 587 (SMTP) and 993 (IMAP) need to be accessible. Also verify the host address is correct.
Make sure you're using the correct security setting (STARTTLS vs SSL/TLS) for the port you're connecting to.
