How are commissions calculated?
Commissions are calculated on post-fee net revenue (after Stripe processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30). CRM Plan earns 20%, Starter earns 15%, Growth and Full Service earn 10%. Commissions apply to every monthly payment — not just the first.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly on the 5th via direct deposit. There is a 90-day verification hold on new referrals — if the customer cancels within 90 days, the commission is voided. After 90 days, commissions are locked in.
Is there a minimum payout?
No minimum threshold. Even if you earn $5 in a month, it gets paid out on the 5th.
How long does the referral cookie last?
30 days from the first click. If someone clicks your link and signs up within 30 days, you get credit. We use first-touch attribution.
Can I run paid ads?
No — paid advertising (PPC, paid social, brand bidding) is not allowed. Organic social media, email to your own opted-in list, in-person referrals, events, and QR codes are all allowed.
What if my referral upgrades their plan?
You earn the new commission rate on the upgraded plan automatically. If they go from CRM ($99) to Growth ($899), your monthly commission increases accordingly.
Can I refer myself?
No — self-referrals are not allowed and will be voided. The program is designed for referring other businesses.
