Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of personal data held by Lead Prospecting AI, LLC ("LPAI"), including data obtained through Facebook Login and our Social Scheduler.
LeadProspecting AI respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains exactly what data we collect through Facebook Login, how to delete it, how long deletion takes, and how to revoke our access on Facebook's side.
1. What Facebook Data We Collect
When you connect a Facebook account or Facebook Page to LeadProspecting AI, we receive and store:
- •Your name, email address, and profile picture (if you sign in with Facebook)
- •Facebook Page IDs, names, and access tokens for pages you authorize
- •Posts and scheduled content you create in our Social Scheduler
- •Basic page metadata (follower counts, post engagement) needed to display analytics
We do not store your Facebook password, your private messages, your friends list, or any data outside the scope you authorized.
2. How to Request Deletion of Your Data
You have two ways to delete the data LeadProspecting AI holds about you:
2.1 Delete from inside the app
Log in at app.leadprospecting.ai, go to Settings → Integrations, and click Disconnect next to Facebook. Then go to Settings → Account and click Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated Facebook data within 90 days.
2.2 Email us
Send a deletion request to info@leadprospecting.ai with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
3. How to Revoke LeadProspecting AI's Access on Facebook
To remove our app from your Facebook account directly:
- Log in to Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Click Apps and Websites in the left sidebar
- Find LeadProspecting AI in the list of active apps
- Click Remove
Removing the app on Facebook revokes our access tokens but does not delete the data already in our systems. To delete that data, follow steps in Section 2 above.
4. Data Retention After Deletion
Once we receive a deletion request:
- •Account data and Facebook integration data are deleted within 90 days
- •Backup copies are purged within an additional 30 days
- •Payment and tax records are retained for 7 years as required by law (these contain no Facebook data)
